LODGE-BASED, FULLY KITTED, LIGHT ADVENTURER OR ASSISTED
Land & Lake Safaris has a small selection of vehicles available to hire including a compact SUV suitable for a family traveling across the main roads enroute to quaint lodges, through to specially modified Toyota Hilux's equipped with all the gear to set up camp anywhere across Central Africa.

We can help you design the perfect itinerary across the region and provide you with the paperwork and procedures to cross borders.
Including 90% insurance coverage with just a 10% excess, no additional costs for mileage and with as much or as little gear as you need.

Choose between Lodge-Based, our new Light Adventure package, the Fully Kitted or even fully supported to give you maximum flexibility.
THE LAND & LAKE CAFE
Located in the heart of Area 3, Lilongwe is our office, workshop and cafe. The hub to our safari catering, we are open to the public Monday - Saturday from 7am to 4:30pm
And in true safari style open for sundowners on Thursdays until 7pm.
Offering a selection of fusion foods, from Mexican, American and British to Malawi favourites combined to bring you fresh home-cooked breakfasts and lunches. With a full range bar and beer on tap to enjoy the lush gardens in the sunshine.

THE LAND & LAKE WORKSHOP
Our Land & Lake Workshop is located in our main offices and provides a range of services to help you as a resident of Malawi, as well as on your travels with your own vehicle or someone else's. Our full-time mechanics have seen it all and specialize in Toyota's and Nissans and Land Rovers.

From simple services, tire replacements and fixtures, deep cleaning to engine rebuilds. Offering you a fair cost, quality parts and support on the road.
​
We offer 24hr Rescue services across Malawi, purchasing and fitting of specialized parts, welding, sewing and everything in between for your camping or expedition vehicle.
Our workshop also provides short courses on vehicle maintenance and 4x4 driving.
We also provide safe and secure vehicle parking.
